I can not log in to my e-mail

I tried many times to connect to my e-mail, and it just spins in thinking mode.

user_v6esx3 Thanks for reaching out! I would recommend clearing your cache, and cookies in your web browser. You might also try logging into the Xfinity Email Site using private browsing, or incognito mode.
