I can log into my account but cannot access my Email

I haven't used this account in awhile but i can log into it. I cannot view the email though and i would like to change the settings for 3rd party.  How can i get back to seeing emails on this account. I don't care about old email.

bsaw3171 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums for assistance. Just to clarify, do you currently have an active service with us, or is this email tied to an inactive account? Also, when was the last time you were able to access the email?

Hi, This is a non-active account.  I haven't use the email over a year. I have another comcast email account that is fine though that is not active but I can still use the email.

The email im trying to use again is under the same account also that does work for me.

Okay thanks for clarifying! As long as you're able to login into the Xfinity account that's tied to the email you're trying to use, you should be able to access your inbox and email settings directly from our email client connect.xfinity.com 👍

Please give that a try and let me know what happens after logging in!

It just puts me at the Using and Managing Xfinity Email accounts screen. I can never pass this part.
