I am not receiving tons of emails from different domains.
A couple months ago when I had an issue with my mailbox being full even after I deleted EVERY EMAIL , I called support and they did something on their end that cleared my email. Ever since then I have not been receiving emails from a lot of places that I used to. Examples Patreon(password@patreon.com), HumbleBundle, and others( I even addded the addresses in my address book and that didnt help). I am not receiving emails especially for password resets and two factor authorizations. This is very upsetting. I have checked over my spam and filiter rules, and all that jazz. Am I missing something? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,
After review of your inbound traffic, none of the listed domains are sending to you. Typically, when this happens, they will add the recipient address to a "suppression list” and inhibit further deliveries. Unfortunately, we can correct this, and the mentioned domains will have to ensure you are on their sending lists again.
