I am not receiving emails from my son's school.

I am not receiving emails from my son's school. I have not blocked them, they are not in spam folder and I have added the school's email addresses to my address book. My son who has a Gmail account receives them no problem.

Have you verified that they have your correct email address?  Also, when your son receives and email from them, have you verified that the email is being sent to both your son's and your email address?

Yes to both questions. In fact the school has 2  comcast email addresses from us and they don't go to either one. These are emails that go to the whole school alerting everybody of school events.

I am a mom and get a lot of emails from my daughters school and a lot of them are super important especially since being closed and remote learning was the way of life for us. Have you checked the settings in your email?

I see you say the messages are not going to spam, but Comcast email has an awful problem with no way to "whitelist" messages from a particular sender or domain. Their spam filtering takes place ahead of any filters you put in place. It's a terrible system which I am trying to resolve in regard to messages from our church going to spam for members of our congregation who use Comcast email. Marking messages "Not Spam" only moves them to the in-box, but does not, as with other spam filters, "train" the Comcast spam filter not to identify such messages as spam. Again, lousy system. No answers yet. Comcast, your email system needs a whitelist function!

Your situation is almost identical to mine. I agree with your comments totally. This started with my son's school last year, we shrugged it off because of my son going to a new school this year but we are having the same problem with the new school.
