Check Spam/Junk Folder: Emails from Xfinity might be incorrectly filtered into your spam or junk folder. 2. Disable Filters: Log in to your Xfinity email settings and check for any custom filter rules or a "Safe Email List" that could be blocking legitimate emails. 3. If you are using a third party email app to check your emails, please sign directly onto the XFINITY website with your XFINITY ID and password to check if any emails are showing in the inbox through this method.
