Hi,I understand you are having issues with retrieving your emails. Are you using a third party application like outlook to view your Xfinity Emails?

@XfinityAshley I am having the same issue - and I do not use a third-party like Outlook.  My iPhone also will not update email - getting the same error message on it.

@catipton Thank you for bringing this concern regarding your Xfinity email access to our attention here at the Xfinity Community Forums. We were aware of an issue on Monday that some customers were having difficulty accessing their Comcast.net email online and through other apps. This issue has since been resolved, so I just wanted to touch base to inquire if you are still experiencing this problem at this time?

I no longer work for Comcast.

Comcast for the amount I pay every month, I would like an answer to these concerns a.s.a.p. Trying to talk to a live person is pretty much a nightmare.
