I am having the same issue -- I can send but can't receive emails.

Laptop computer.  Logged in through connect.xfinity.com.  Have checked Spam and Trash.  Have checked all EMail settings.  No forwarding, no filters.  I can send EMails, but do not receive any.  Have rebooted computer, modem, and router.  Don't know what else to do.

@LEB1227

Send yourself an email from some other account you have like Yahoo or Outlook.com, etc.  Does it go through?  If not, are you getting any kind of bounce message in the other account?

... I can send EMails, but do not receive any. ...

Check:

  • Email Safe List is not active
  • Auto Forward is not set
  • Mail Filter Rules are not set to forward, redirect, reject, or delete incoming messages

Hello @LEB1227. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. I know how important it is to have full access to your emails. Are you signing in to your email through a third party app or directly on the Xfinity website?
