hundreds of spam emails

My inbox is flooded with spam emails. Received 300 or more within a half hour. Slowed then started up again. Waiting for a Tier 2 tech to contact me after two different reps could not help. Has anyone had this issue and had it resolved?

I sufferedthe same problem yesterday. I think it is DDOS attack against parts of Comcast. You need to create a filter in your emails. I have posted a picture below. Look in the Email Header to get the Envelope of the sender and create a filter rule like below. Good Luck! Reply if I can help you more.  It seems  COMCAST's SPAM filter is lousy.

I'm suddenly getting slammed by spam emails from all over the planet.  I'm not savvy enough to understand your response as to what to do to create a filter.  Can you explain it more simply?  I'd GREATLY appreciate it.
