Attempting to access my Xfinity email.  Should be simple.  However, when entering connect.xfinity.com in the address bar, I am redirected to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information.  In addition, the pathetic AI phone support never gets me to a human.  Trying not to hate.
