Those are the settings I have. Checked those first and there is not a place to download images either. My email has always accepted HTML. All of a sudden they are all gone.
What device and what browser are you using where you’re seeing this issue? What exact HTML is being removed , e.g. links and/or pictures? Have you tried other browsers?

I am on a pc, on Chrome, not allowed to change browsers or programs at work. So I don't know if it works differently on another browser.
Images are missing and links don't always work.
Which version of Chrome do you have? Below is a screenshot of my version on my home PC. I haven't experienced the issue as you have and DO have an option/link to download attachments. Do you have an IT department that is controlling the browser/extensions/apps on the PC that might be coming in to play with your issue? Have you contacted them?

Whatever method (app or browser) you're accessing email with probably has settings regarding HTML options.

Shut it down and started it again, and it is all fine now.
Don't know what that was, probably a glitch in the system.
Thank you for all your help.
