jodyvolk To access an 8-year-old email, you can log into your Xfinity Email account at xfinity.comcast.net and search your inbox. If you are using a third-party email client, ensure that access is enabled in your email settings. If you encounter issues, check your spam settings, email forwarding, and ensure that the email isn't too large or filtered. Note that emails flagged as spam will be deleted after seven days.
