How to remove secondary email from account

I have two secondary email addresses on my account and I want to remove one but I’m not able to do so. I need information on how to get this done.

I have two secondary email addresses on my account and I want to remove one but I’m not able to do so. I need information on how to get this done.

Make sure that you are logged in as the Primary user.

To find your Primary user ID, use the Lookup Tool: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup

Just enter the requested information and you will see a listing of all the user ID's on your account, one of which will be the Primary ID.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with getting this email removed. When trying to delete the email through your account, do you get an error?
