how to remove email addresses that automatically pops up

There is a feature in the Appsuite software that collects email addresses from incoming and outgoing traffic.  You have a certain amount of control over this.  On the Inbox page, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and then on Settings.  On the landing page under "Mail>>>>>>Behavior" you will see the boxes to check or uncheck to enable or disable this feature.  That is the source of the addresses you see when you start typing in the To: field.  To edit existing addresses, on the Inbox page open "Address book", and on the left side of the landing page click on "Collected addresses".  That is where you can delete unwanted entries.

Latoque, I'm following your guidance to "collected addresses" but when I open Address Book from menu at top of Inbox page, I do not see "collected addresses" anywhere in the left pane.  Old addresses are a time waster for me and I'd like to get rid of them.  

Has the system changed or am I just missing something in following your directions?

Did you click on the little black arrowhead to the left of "My address books"?  You should see this----------

Latoque, I don't see the same screen as you show in your answer.  Here's what I see:  

It's like I have an old version or maybe am using  different settings than yours.  However, I don't find anything that has to do with the appearace of my address book.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

We're not able to see your image; it has to be approved by an administrator before we can.

Webmail is webmail and there really isn't any settings that you can make to change the appearance.  What browser are you using?
