How to keep logging in to get email when you don't want to switch to Yahoo Mail and you moved in with another customer

I  moved and Comcast doesn't recognize me as a customer because I am not the Major Name now. Previous Major Name moved with me to sister's house ( the Major Name).

I also have too much email. I got the modem password and computer works with that. I am reducing email which helps some except when sending email: Comcast says I am not their customer.

I want to use Norton's spam catcher but it says my password to my email is invalid. I got help from Norton--remote access. That hasn't worked. Please help.

Edit: I have to select "Go to inbox" after reading about their offerings and changes. I just want to log in online to keep email account alive. Does sister have to give special permission for me to use Norton spam catcher. I pay for the subscription, not her.

This is kind of confusing.  Your sister is/was the Primary account holder at your former address, is that right?  And you were/are a secondary on her account?  If so, exactly what happens if you try to sign into your account using only a browser and the webmail UI?  Try here------------

Latoque: Several moves are involved:

I was major name at my apartment;

In 2020, I moved in with mom and kept my old email --while she was major name.

She needed more help and we moved in with my sister in 2026. Sister is major name.

OK, did you try using the link I posted?  What happens if you do?  Are you getting any error message?  If you've been signing into the account on a regular basis, you should be able to access it using that link.

I could hours ago but now I am blacklisted while using Thunderbird access on my Windows 11 Acer TC-875-UR13. I do not understand why. The computer's Thunderbird is complaining about password to Comcast.

Can you still sign into the email by using only the browser and the webmail interface-----not using Thunderbird?  Are you getting an error message from Thunderbird?  I can't see whatever it is you are looking at.
