At this time, the only way to recover your Xfinity Email password, is by following the "Forgot Password" option when you attempt to sign in.
We cannot change the backup email. We cannot reset your password for you. This action can only be performed by the customer via self service by clicking on "Forgot Password" when attempting to sign in.
