how to get email restored

I was not getting emails from 11/21 to 12/29/2025 - After working with xfinity assistant chat, I started getting emails again. However, I need to get emails that I never received.  How can the emails be restored and delivered to my comcast inbox?  I've spent countless days and hours with many xfinity assistant chats and still not resolved.  I need someone that can take ownership of this and delivery the emails that I haven't received.  

Try Customer Security Assurance.  However, there is no guarantee they will be able to restore them.
