how to edit secondary account's two factor authentication
I have a secondary account that attempts to send the two factor authentication code to my old ( and no longer exists ) work email. I would like some method to update this, but I have found no way to do this from the primary account. What can I do?

Hi there, golfisd! Thanks for reaching out about the 2 factor authentication going to the email address. Are you getting that when only when you go to the email box or does that also come up when signing into the Xfinity website?
If you are able to sign into our website. Go to Account Settings. In your account settings, navigate to Xfinity ID and security. From there, tap Two-step verification to turn the option off.
