How To Create Additional Comcast.Net Email Accounts?
Used to be able to do this. I want to add one for someone that doesn't have an existing email address. Doesn't seem to be an option any more? Is it?

As I said in my original post, this person does not have an existing email address or a cell phone. How do you create an email address for such a person?
