Search for "Mail" in your taskbar and open Windows Mail.
Go to **Settings** > **Manage Accounts**.
Select **Other account** and click **Next**.
Enter your Comcast email address and your name.
Input your password and click **Sign in**.
Confirm the setup was successful by clicking **Done**.

Are you seeing an error message that says the username and password don’t match?
