How to: Add an additional email address
Email addresses are tied to Xfinity usernames. In order to create a new email address, you must create a new username by following the instructions here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/adding-new-user-names-or-email-addresses.
- If this is a second email address for an existing household member and you only want the username for email, the easiest way is to create a viewer username.
- If this is the first email address for another household user with different contact information, follow the instructions in the article to create the appropriate access level username.
