How many email messages do I have?
Is there a way to show how many messages are in my inbox, or sent box? I know how to see the GB of space used (click on the settings gear icon in the upper right), but I want to know the total individual messages.

If you are asking about Comcast's webmail ("...connect.xfinity.com/..."), a count of Total and Unread messages appears when you hover the mouse pointer over one of the folders along the left hand side of the window.
