How does a non-admin of a domain resolve a VTL issue?


My emails from my non-comcast email are not making it to my comcast account.  I asked my non-comcast provider postmaster to provide me logs/errors and I got the following.


"Your email could not be delivered because your email provider is listed on
the Vade Threat List (VTL). VTL is a list of IP addresses which have been
detected as sending spam. Comcast uses this list to protect its subscribers
from receiving spam."


Can someone provide me guidance as how to proceed from here?  I looked at the VTL website and it seems only postmasters of a domain can request a ban lift and I am not one.
