How do I unblock a sender?
This may have been unintentional on my side, but all of a sudden I am no longer receiving emails from southwestairlines@iflysouthwest.com. No matter what I try, I can’t get these emails to come through into my inbox. Southwest customer service says the issue is on my end. Please help! I need to reset my password and the email from southwest isn’t coming through.

Hello @user_31hecd sorry to hear you are having issues accessing the emails from Southwest. For issues with the email you will first want to attempt to contact our Customer Security Assurance team. You can get in contact with them at 1-888-565-4329. Business Hours: 8:00am - 12:00am EST, 7 days a week. You can also open a ticket through https://spa.xfinity.com/ under the postmaster option.
