How do I reactivate email?
I have an old account that I deactivated service for, but kept using the email. At some point, I stopped being able to access my email. When I login and try to access my email, it just redirects me to the home page. I've read that even if your account is deactivated, you should be able to reactivate by going to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite. This does not work for me. I have also read posts by others in this forum having the same issue, but I am unsure how this was resolved for them.
