How do I move the "move" button to the top bar?
I used to be able to access the "move" button from the top blue bar now it's a drop down menu option. I use "move" a lot, how can I put it on the top bar so it's just a one step action?

You can't. But you can move emails by using drag-and-drop. It also works with multiple emails when you check the boxes next to them to select them. Or you can use the More ellipse in the message header or the toolbar. Or, you can right-click on the email in the list and do it from there.
