I'm having the same problem. Got the email connected through the iPhone mail app no problem, but when I try the same process on my iPad it tells me the username and email combination is wrong. I have tried 12-15 times. I have been SUPER careful to make sure everything is correct. It matches what is in the phone EXACTLY and an get a pop up saying the email/username combination is incorrect.
