How do I import .eml attachments to separate email messages?

I received an email message sent from Outlook with multiple attachments.  When this message arrived in my Xfinity email each attachment was then named using the "subject.eml"  Is there a way to import those attachments to separate email messages to my Xfinity email account?

Hi @MrVXT Were you able to those helpful steps provided by @Again?

I've looked at the linked article and it'd be helpful IF I were using Outlook to read or access my email through Xfinity.  I'm using the "native" browser-based tool directly rather than some combination using imap and another mail solution.
