How do I get to comcast email?

I have critical emails I must get to! I have tried everything to get to my email ... With Comcast and Yahoo! This is getting awful! I have never seen anything to tell me we are moving your email to Yahoo?? I dont want Yahoo mail! I will use it to get my critical emails out of there! But, will not keep that email! I dont care for there site!

If you have transitioned to Yahoo! Mail there is no going back. If your comcast.net email is there, you would sign in at either https://mail.yahoo.com or https://login.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials. Otherwise you go to webmail and sign in there.

I definitely understand how important it is to be able to access your emails @user_a4y4un, and I also know how stressful it can be when you're locked out. Have you already migrated your email account from Comcast to Yahoo? Knowing if your account has officially made the switch yet will help. If you log into the Xfinity site, do you see an on-screen prompt asking you to accept Yahoo's terms?

I mitagated to yahoo cause I thought I had too, that ment that I lost all my comcast.net emails. How do I change back to comcast.net

I am sorry to hear you lost your emails. If the email has already been transferred, you will need to contact Yahoo support for assistance. After the transfer is complete, we won’t have any tools to troubleshoot the email since it is now managed by a different service provider, and we no longer have access to it. Call a dedicated support line at 1-866-764-7650 for live Yahoo support assistance.
