How do I create another email address on my account

I want to create an email address on my account. The page I go to for adding someone else wants a phone number and an email address so that an invitation can be sent. However, there is no email address, yet. I need to create it. Am I missing something here?

You can't. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information:

Beginning June 3, 2024, customers will not be able to create new Xfinity Email (comcast.net) accounts.
