Hi there @user_p1yw7a Thank you so much for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forum about changing your password.  I'll be happy to assist. 

To change your Xfinity password as a primary user, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to xfinity.com as the Primary user.
2. Click on the Account icon and select Account and Identity.
3. Scroll to view the users and select the user whose password you want to change.
4. In the Xfinity ID section, click Change Password.
5. Verify your identity via the Xfinity app or a code sent through email or text.
6. Enter a new password and confirm it, then click Save.

After changing, advise the secondary user to add a mobile number or email for future resets.
