How can I stop the "secure your account" message?
I have four Xfinity e-mail accounts and for one of them, the "secure your account" message pops up every time it's accessed. It won't accept my gmail address or phone number because they are associated with the other accounts. I edit/change the secret question EVERY time to no avail. Helpful advice would be appreciated.
And, yes, this question was answered multiple times, but when I try to view the replies, I'm rediected to the "How can we help you" page.
Thank you.

Thanks for answering, Bearone2. I'm assuming so since my other three Xfinity email addresses don't have this problem. When prompted to update, I do it for all of my accounts. Oh well, spent way too much time on this, will just create another email elsewhere and use that to make the message go away.
