How can I speak to a human agent?
Hi, a few weeks ago I spoke with the chat bot. I do not want to receive promotional emails. I’m an old lady who was fed up with the emails. The chat bot assured me it was taken care of. Again today I got another promotional email "free iPhone 17…”. Again tonight I asked a chat bot named "Nikita" to stop it. It assured me it would. I checked my email after the call and the bot generated two emails to me in an unrecognizable language. So I finally blocked all xfinity emails. Getting to talk to a human on the phone would be great. But this physically ill old lady doesn’t have the energy to outsmart the phone bot that wants to keep me from talking with a human on the phone. Any suggestions? I’ve been with Comcast for 36 years but still have an impossible time getting help. Thank you.
