@user_d8cfaf  We can take care of this for you.

Please send us a Direct Message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number. • Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I have added one of my charter/spectrum email addresses to my Outlook client. I cannot use that email address to send from. I get an error message that indicates that a reverse DNS entry does not exist for the IP address I am sending from.  I used www.debouncer.com to do a reverse DNS check and verified that the IP address I am assigned by comcast does not have a reverse DNS. How do I get one assigned? I do not have a business account; do I need one? I can log onto the spectrum/charter site and send email from there.

Thank you for reaching out through our online platform @tkubaska, with your question about reverse DNS. This request can only be processed for our Comcast Business customers, as only Business accounts can request a static IP address. I hope this information helps!

Thank you for providing this additional information tonight. If your primary cause for concern is that you are unable to send or receive emails, I recommend creating a new thread to find support that would better meet your needs.
