I have both double Play package including TV and Performance Pro Internet.  Since first of year, I am unable to access any of the Xfinity Hot Spots in San Francisco, from my Android Phone, with message that I have to have Xfinity Internet, adn when I log into my Xfinity account, amd told I don't have the right service tier (whtever that means).
