Host unreachable, from home network only

Hi, I'm seeing a routing problem to a specific external host, www.clarknaddison.com (74.95.134.237).  I'm unable to see any traffic to this address from my home xfinity network, but I can from other locations outside.  For example, I can tether my laptop to an AT&T phone and load that page without problems.  I have so far not seen problems with any other web sites, but I believe this to be an issue with comcast routing.

A sample traceroute from my house:

$ traceroute www.clarknaddison.com
traceroute to www.clarknaddison.com (74.95.134.237), 64 hops max, 52 byte packets

And one while tethered to the phone:

it appears that the difference is the routing through the intermediate ibone/chicago.comcast.net switches.  Can anyone help me resolve this, or point me to the right place to escalate this?

Thanks!

I can reach the site. When one customer cannot reach a site but others can, it may mean the site is blocking that customer's public Comcast IP. You can look up your IP at https://www.google.com/search?q=what+is+my+IP.

My trace from South-Central PA looks like:

C>tracert -4 www.clarknaddison.com

Trace complete.

Note that my trace reaches one hop past where yours appears to die, which can mean that the target site or its webhost are blocking you.

Are you using a Comcast gateway device with their buggy "xFi Security" enabled?
