Hmm, the page didn't load correctly
I am trying to set up my service but it will never complet. If I try to log into my account, after I get the code sent to my phone for verification, I get the error message

This has been beyond frustrating as I used to be a xfinity customer but moved to another provider because I was not happy with the service. Now I am trying to move into a new place that will only allow xfinity and I can't get the service ordered because of this. I tried texting with support for an hour, and they didn't help and instead told me I would need to get with my apartment complex. However, I see this has been an issue for xfinity for over a year. I just want to get my account set up and order my equipment and be able to pay my bill each month, why is this so hard?

Hi, @user_71c81d. Thank you for reaching out. I see you ran into issues with setting up service online. I get your new apartment only allows Xfinity service, but you keep getting this error when trying to sign up. I understand you then reached out to us, and you were directed back to your apartment's management team. There are some locations that partner with Xfinity to provide a base service to their residents, and this would be a tad different from setting up a regular residential account.
