Help!

My Comcast email account has been malfunctioning for 4 days. I have deleted thousands of emails and spent more than 8 hours on the phone trying to get help from Comcast. I was told at 6:00 PM last night night that I would get a call from a tech team. I still have not received that call almost 15 hours later. I just spent 48 minutes on hold listening to hellish smooth jazz waiting for a tech to answer. Then the music stopped and my call was disconnected. I have been a Comcast customer since 1992. Please explain why I should not be looking for another provider.

Please explain how your email account is malfunctioning if you want help in fixing it.  Be as precise as possible and do not post any personal identifying information.
