Help!
My Comcast email account has been malfunctioning for 4 days. I have deleted thousands of emails and spent more than 8 hours on the phone trying to get help from Comcast. I was told at 6:00 PM last night night that I would get a call from a tech team. I still have not received that call almost 15 hours later. I just spent 48 minutes on hold listening to hellish smooth jazz waiting for a tech to answer. Then the music stopped and my call was disconnected. I have been a Comcast customer since 1992. Please explain why I should not be looking for another provider.
