Help with unlocking SIM

@user_ele8ma​ Found an apple forum answer about unlocking a SIM card. The network service provider needs to unlock the locked SIM card. Checked my iPhone and my wife’s iPhone and went to settings, general, about, carrier lock, and both iPhones show ‘SIM locked’. I request that Xfinity unlock both iPhones! Do you need additional information? Both iPhones are 14 pro max.

Hi, user_ele8ma! The Xfinity Mobile devices are unlocked automatically when the requirements are met as shown in the help article how to unlock your Xfinity Mobile device(s). Are you meeting the requirements to unlock your devices shown below? 

  • At least 60 days must pass since your phone was activated.
  • Your Xfinity Mobile account cannot have a past-due balance.
  • Your phone cannot be reported lost, stolen, or involved in fraudulent activity.
