help with email

I have an email in my inbox. I think it's being interpreted as an image, but not sure. I can't read the text in the email. There is a small icon in the upper left hand corner of the email. That's all I see. If I double click the email, I can see the text for a second, then it disappears again. Can you help with this issue?

How are you accessing the email?  With only the webmail UI and a browser?  Or a desktop client or mobile app?

I am on my desktop PC, using the Comcast webmail UI and the Chrome browser.

@user_x3dqmt is this only one specific email or are all of your emails being received this way? Have you performed any troubleshooting steps in Chrome's browser?
