help with email not getting thru

I have an email from a game I play that gives me free coins everyday but it will not come thru to my account any longer. I have added it to my safe senders and I get maybe 2-3 a week when it should come daily. They have tried everything on thier end. I use out look to check my mail but even when I go to my xfinity account online it's not there daily either.

Good afternoon user_wvs6q5. I can certainly understand your frustration if you are having issues with receiving emails. I know you have mentioned issues with emails from the game, specifically. Have you noticed issues with receiving any other emails at this time? I will be happy to look into this further with you. Just to confirm, also you mentioned using Outlook mainly for your email, but when you did log into your email directly through our Xfinity website, you still didn't have the daily emails from the game, correct?
