help recovering my lost emails and their folders

My emails went missing 1/29/2025 under one main folder and all its subfolders.  I found the folders in the trash and moved them back where they were, but all the emails are missing.  Also in Outlook the folders are gone although still listed under IMAP.  I need an agent to get them back.  I am happy to chat or phone as long as it is with a live agent.  The bot is unable to process either on phone or by chat.  I've tried.
