Help Getting Refund?

Hey,

So made a pretty mad mistake on my part. I had only meant to add my payment information in order to get a payment arrangement made, but ended up paying the bill instead. I need to see about getting my refund because that money was supposed to be more rent.

i’ve tried the xfinity chat agents and they were pretty useless. Kept telling me about promotions and made fake attempts and promises to help me. I’ve even tried going to my bank and they said I need to contact the merchant.

What do I need to do to get a refund? Tired of going around in circles with the chat agents.
