Google groups being blocked or sent to spam folder with subscribers using Comcast.net but no other email server

This has happened a few times over the past year. For some reason, subscribers to our newsletters which also includes order forms cannot see our emails this week. This is only happening for comcast.net users. Both of our lists have been blocked and many of our customers (who are your customers too) are very upset with us accusing us of dropping them. Please unblock us.

Hello, @user_bcc60c; I'm sorry to hear about the routing issues being experienced with your newsletter being sent out. We do not put these blocks on, as we respect all of our customer's wants and rights to edit their intake as they see fit. I would recommend having a few of them reach out to us so we can work with them to see what parameters need to be looked into! Please let me know if you have any other questions!

I too am having a problem with Google group emails. The rest of the group have gmail addresses and I get no group emails from them. What does Xfinity need to know to correct this glitch?
