Google Group emails not being received by Comcast members
I manage several small Google Groups. When sending an email to a group from my Comcast email address, everyone in the group receives the email except other Comcast email users. We had this problem in the past (mid-2019), and Comcast resolved it. It is now recurring as of August 2020. None of my group members with Comcast email addresses are receiving Google Group emails.

This is also happening with emails from myfairpoint.net - they don't even make it to my spam file - they are rejected by Comcast. These are trusted email addresses - how can I get comcast to release them?

Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sending domain----------------

I truly appreciate your suggestion. Unfortunately, as has been my experience in the past, calling any Comcast help line is an exercise in frustration and often futility. Neither of the representatives I have spoken to have any idea what I'm even describing. At this point, they are asking a supervisor - I've now been on the phone for over 40 minutes and might be transferred to another department. It's too bad these forum questions expire. There was a Comcast employee who answered the original question in 2019 and helped all of the people who were having this same issue on a case by case basis. I'm no longer able to access that information, which would be helpful in trying to get resolution. Thanks anyway.

We continue to have this issue of Comcast blocking Google Group emails when the originator of the email is also a Comcast user. Both the sender and receiver have initiated phone calls with Comcast to no avail. The problem is intermittent - some emails go through and some do not. Additionally, some that do go through end up in spam. It's impossible to effectively work as a group if you do not know whether all your group members receive all information. I've wasted hours on the phone multiple times trying to get this resolved.
