Good email is being sent to Spam folder

Emails that come from my website email to my Comcast email always end up in the Spam folder. I added a Keep rule but that isn't helping. I also talked to several people in support and they had me email [Edited: "Personal Information"] about it but no response and it has been at least a month. I've also talked to my website host support to make sure the mail server is set up correctly.

Good afternoon,

Unfortunately, creating a filter rule will not process rules on emails designated as spam. You will want to add the email address as a contact to your contacts list to filter any spam emails from a specific sender to the inbox. Checking our logs it looks like the emails are being flagged for spam due to missing email identifiers within the headers.

@XfinityCSAEmail Can you be more specific on the missing headers? I'd like to fix it on my end so other people I send emails to won't have the same problem.

What are the 'missing identifiers'? I want to correct the outgoing mail so other recipients don't lose my emails.
