We can't help you troubleshoot your gmail account. Are you trying to send a comcast.net email from your phone to your HP computer?

I have been notified that my email will be upgraded this evening, and that if I do not upgrade my account, much of my past email may be deleted. I have not been able to upgrade my account. Please give me a suggestion as to what to do.
It's most likely a phishing email. Do not click on any links if you are able.

Hello tmacthered , if you cannot log in in there could be two common issues. If you don't remember the Xfinity ID login then you will need to reset the password. Steps to take can be found at:
If you haven't logged into the email directly on the Comcast site in over 90 days the email may be locked. You can attempt to get is unlocked by submitting a postmaster request at:
