Gigabit Pro in my area

Hello,
I was wondering if I could speak to someone about installing Gigabit Ethernet at my home.  I was told it was wired for it upon moving in, but I have been unsuccessful in locating a method to order it.  I am refering to the true fiber 2gig up and 2 gig down connection.  Thanks in advance!

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
 
In the meantime, please do not send a peer-to-peer chat to Xfinity Support unless requested because it is against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.
