Getting hundreds of spam e-mails. What are you doing to stop this?

For the past week I have been getting 100's of e-mails daily that are spam, phishing, things I have not signed up for.  I talked with someone last week and they said it would be fixed.  It continues.  I will probably be dropping Comcast thanks to the lack of help or the ability to talk with anyone.  Oh and the AI assistant is worthless when I ask to speak with an agent, it just keeps throwing the same no assistance line at me.

Hello user_gwr9yf, thank you for your post in our Xfinity Community forum. I understand how you feel. I cannot stand all the unwanted emails I get. These steps came from our intranet: Customers can filter spam in their Xfinity Email by setting up spam filters and email filters. To enable spam filtering, they can go to the **Email Settings** by clicking the **Gear** icon, then selecting **Advanced Settings**. They can also mark individual emails as spam by checking the box next to the message and clicking the **Mark as Spam** icon. Emails marked as spam will be moved to the **Spam** folder, which automatically deletes emails after seven days. For legitimate emails mistakenly marked as spam, customers can select them and click **Not Spam** to restore them to their inbox.
