get rid of my comcast.net email address

when i login to xfinity and go to account i do not see the email address that i need to delete.

using the assistant is useless, its a merry go round.

i see no phone number to get a real assist.

i get emails , usually phishing with that email i want to remove.

i have no way of checking it ; but folks say if i don't check it it will go away, that is nonsense, as i continue to get these emails.

if any of these have solutions please suggest one.

You need to log in as the Primary user.

To find your Primary user ID, use the Lookup Tool: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup

Just enter the requested information and you will see a listing of all the user ID's on your account, one of which will be the Primary ID.

Hello there @user_1i256y!  Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support here on our Community Forum.  We are so glad to hear from you and happy to assist in any way that we can.  No worries!  You have reached out to the right team, and we are going to get things squared away for you.  So that we can get started, please feel free to shoot us a private message.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
