Frequently receiving scam emails

I receive scam vouchers claiming purchases with Geek Squad and also bills from PayPal.  I no longer have a PayPal account.  Need to change my Comcast/Xfinity account email.

Changing your email probably won't help. My local news "Consumer watchdog" segment runs reports from viewers about this scam every week or two.

I know of no way to fight phishing attempts except to be aware of them and report them using connect.xfinity.com's "Mark as spam and report phishing" button, or by following the "Think you received a phishing scam email?" instructions on https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/phishing-scams.

Hello @user_qrs3ng. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with scam emails. Our expert Bruce W gave some great suggestions above. When you do get these scam emails, you want to make sure you are reporting them. Unfortunately, changing your email likely will not stop the scam emails, as scammers are getting very crafty these days. Did this help clarify your concerns?
